The People Management & Leadership in Sustainable Development seminar reviews Human Resource Management (HRM) or People Management in relation to Sustainable Development, and building social sustainability, introduces associated awareness education, change management, culture change, and leadership programmes, and explores change agent skills.
Participants on the People Management & Leadership in Sustainable Development (C2) seminar will be able to:
- Describe the potential role and contribution of Human Resource Management (HRM) and people development in successfully transforming a business to sustainable development.
- Identify the contribution of education, change management, culture change, other new organisational/ management and leadership programmes to developing a sustainable business.
- Facilitate the initiation and development of such programmes for sustainable development.
- Explore the possibilities of whole-systems, Organic, Appreciative and Attractive management approaches for facilitating ease and stake-holder pleasure in shifting towards sustainable development.
