CSEM-BMP is strategic, comprehensive and ambitious management Program with significant planned growth.
With huge experience and great track record of pioneering within the field, CSEM’s accredited blue-chip management and leadership development Programme meets corporate sustainability, climate change, corporate social responsibility needs for management and top team development and training.
The need is to support the Program Director in meeting and developing corporate client needs and opportunities – which are not being serviced through simple lack of resource, particularly time.
The Position:
- Develop and enroll strategic portfolio of Fortune 200, government and non-governmental organizations.
- Champion program to optimize existing accounts and secure new ones. Recruit agents.
- Deliver organized sales pipeline and agreed revenue targets, £250 - £500,000+ p.a.
- Increase volume through attractive programme-focused sales propositions. Build long-term client relationships at senior levels. Project premium quality brand image.
- Foster highly competent client development unit, including direct email client communications
- Communicate encouraging belief in service; liaise effectively with Programme secretariat to deliver professionally attractive service.
The Candidate:
- Accomplished account management/ business development professional with top record of director-level sales to blue chip organizations (as above) – or sufficient transferable intelligence/ commitment/ skills.
- Demonstrable record of £250 -500,000 profitable sales growth in the sector, or equivalent.
- Relationship builder and astute negotiator with real competence and impact at senior levels. Sound commercial acumen underpinned by strong intellect and moral qualities. Ambitious and dynamic.
- Highly competent, resourceful, energetic and enthusiastic leader and team player, committed to growth.
- First class presenter, communicator and closer. Tenacious, persistent, results-driven achiever.
